It's pretty hard to organize a group of good players to do speedruns with so I said "what the heck" and went solo. Much to my surprise, there's plenty of time to make some mistakes, as demonstrated by some *smart* moves by me:
0:02 where I use global hotkeys to start the music
0:09 where I get hit by a harvester spawn (little red critters)
2:00 where I spend ages destroying eggs
2:18 where I have to stop the hack to kill a drone
3:17 where I almost get infested
4:02 where I get whacked in the face by an angry shieldbug
