Andrea Constand, one of the women accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault, took the stand on the second day of his trial Tuesday. People in the Pennsylvania courtroom gasped as she entered. Constand testified the disgraced comedian was a trusted friend and mentor. She claims he gave her three blue pills to help her "relax", but she says the pills had a paralyzing effect and that's when Cosby assaulted her. "I wasn't able to tell him to stop or push him away," she said. "I was frozen." #InsideEdition
