It's time to hit a fun Family Workout At Home. Its PE for the kids time. Having kids myself, I know how hard it can be to keep them busy and entertained during this difficult time. We are all working hard to try and keep them educated from home while they are off

It's also hard with so much sitting about to keep them fit and active , especially when they are not allowed to venture far from the home.

So I thought what better way to help that and brighten the mood , than with a super Fun packed Family Workout At Home you can do along with the little ones

It's difficult to motivate the kids to want to do a workout. So I'm making this a silly one and throwing in some fun elements with animal impressions after each exercise to help with that

So let's make sure at home, you have the young ones smashing out their best impressions when called upon.

All a bit of fun here to help brighten the mood for everyone and you adults , trust me this is a pretty tough workout which you can also do yourselves , NO SLACKING from you adults 😜
