Belgian actress Jessa Wildemeersch and American musician Stephen Ackert (Musician and Advisor to the Department of Music at the National Gallery of Art) presented an intimate dialogue remembering music and poetry from WWI, as part of the artistic commemoration of the Great War. This event was organized in conjunction with the Embassy of Belgium.
This event is part of The Arts Engage activities leading up to the international premiere of Days without dates, a new theatre performance created by Belgian theatre company JESSA. Tickets and info can be found here.
