The buns are mild sweet, soft fluffy Poori’s prepared using all purpose flour, banana, cumin seeds, sugar, salt, curd and little ghee. These buns are also called as banana buns or banana poori’s. Typically served with a spicy coconut chutney and sambar, but they also taste great without any accompaniment. You can also serve them with veg kurma.
