132 people died and several people were injured after a cable bridge collapsed on the Machchhu River in Morbi, Gujarat on October 30. A rescue operation is underway. On October 31, Survivors of the Morbi bridge collapse explained what led to the tragedy. Injured survivors in the incident admitted to GMERS General Hospital in Gujarat.
