Martin Lewis joins Shelagh Fogarty to give his immediate reaction to the Autumn Budget.

He says that is is 'primarily a budget about a big spending boost for the NHS and school buildings funded through taxation.'

He added there are important changes to stamp duty and child benefit which she did not mention.
