As per International Convention of Safety of Life at Sea(SOLAS), the Fast Rescue Boat must be Lowered, Launched and Tested to the water at least every Three(3) months.
The Fast Rescue Boat should attain a speed of 20 Knots.
A Cargo vessel should have at least one(1) Fast Rescue Boat to be used for Man Overboard situation.
