For more than 20 years, Claudia has worked in the field of human rights and international law. She collaborates with organizations serving persons who have experienced human rights violations and domestic violence. Claudia leads classes, workshops, and webinars in the fields of Personal Development, Self-Growth, Yogic Sciences, Meditation, Healing Methods, Mental Health and Psychology including self-knowledge and emotional regulation to help lower the individual's intention to use unhealthy coping mechanisms.
