Well, there are a lot of factors to consider, but today I want to know if you are using potty pads inside your house?

Pee pads are layered absorbent material that can be attached to a tray or laid directly on the floor. They usually have a scent that attracts the pet to potty on them. Here are some Pros or as I say it, conveniences with using potty pee pads for your puppy:

1.You may choose to use potty pee pads with your pup because you are not home during the day.
2. Pee pads are easy clean up, You simply roll it up and throw it away
3.You may live in a high rise building that does not have quick access to outside potty areas.
4.You may live in areas that have a lot of snow or rain and need to have alternative potty spots.
5.Your puppy is young and you may not want to risk taking them to public potty areas.
6.Your breeder used them and so you just continued to do so since the pup already knows how to use pee pads.

Lets talk about some reasons why you should stop using pee pads with your puppy.
1.Pee pads encourage a puppy to potty on the floors of your home.
2. Pee pads are not always as easy to clean up as you may think.
3. Pee pads are made of paper and plastic materials which are dangerous for your puppy to eat. They can be a choking hazard if left unattended.
4. Pee pads can later be mistaken as carpet or rugs with your puppy.
5. And most importantly. Pee Pads will confuse your puppy during the potty training process.
