That's a wrap...for now! After 8 months in Argentina, it's time to head back to Canada for a little bit and in this video, we begin the task of locking up the house.
Truthfully, we thought we'd be a lot further with this renovation. In fact, we thought we'd already be moved it! However, if there's one thing we've learned over the past couple of months, it's that renovations always take longer than expected, there are bound to be a few surprises along the way, and you just have to adapt and go with the flow.
Considering we had zero construction experience, I'm quite impressed with how much we managed to accomplish. Overseeing crews, delegating tasks, problem-solving and making decisions on a dime is pretty tiring work...and I think it shows on our faces!
So we're heading back to Canada for a little bit (this was always part of the plan!) to recharge, refresh and enjoy some quality time with family.
It's goodbye for now, but we'll be back in Argentina soon enough!
