Hello friends in this video I have explained that how you can close the joint bank account , what are the documents required for closing joint account and what is the process and how bank pay you the remaining amount in your account after closure.
First thing that you should know that if mode of operation in account is JOINTLY, and one of the account holder is expired then the all the formalities of the claim deceased claim will be followed.
For rest of the cases all the account holder need to visit the branch with their KYC documents along with the kyc document they have to submit one closure application to the branch manager after that there account will be closed in the demand draft will be handover to them for the remaining amount in their account.
