Today's recipe is of super delicious Amla-Gooseberry Candy.
It is super easy to make and a perfect and healthy mouth-freshener!
INGREDIENTS
½ KG BEETROOT
½ KG WASHED AND DRIED AMLA/GOOSE BERRY
1 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP DRIED GINGER POWDER/ SAUNTH
1 TSP BLACK SALT
2 TSP SALT/AS PER TASTE
2 TSP CHAT MASALA
RECIPE
STEP 1 : PEEL BEETROOT AND GRATE.
STEP 2 : GRATE GOOSE BERRY/AMLA IN IT.
STEP 3 : PUT SUGAR AND ALL ABOVE SPICES AND MIX WELL.
STEP 4 : COVER IT WITH A MUSLIN CLOTH AND DRY UNDER DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR 4-5 DAYS.
STEP 5 : YOU CAN STORE IT IN GLASS JARS FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
NOTE :
GOOSE BERRY/AMLA MUST BE WASHED AND DRIED.
TRANSFER IT TO A LARGE PLATE FOR DRYING IF IT'S NOT GETTING DRY PROPERLY.
