I am so ready to stand tomorrow. So looking forward to it.

The month of September is IGNITE, a 28-Day Yoga Journey into rediscovering and igniting your yoga practice.
This will be the 22nd month of Daily Yoga with Ciara
I feel very inspired to cultivate and deepen our daily practice ag*in.
The break over the Summer was great, and now... we re-commit, re-align, re-connect, move, discover and regulate together as a tribe, a worldwide tribe of daily Yogies!

The most important part of daily Yoga practice is to show up.
You will see results from the routine and discipline. 28 days is a long time, some days you will power through the class, some days you will be tired and some days you won't feel like it at all. These are the most important days, even if you join the class and lie on your mat and breath you will still reap the benefits of showing up and being part of a community
achieving a common goal.
