Flying a drone in Norway:
1. Get the correct certificate
2. Register as a drone pilot at Luftfartstilsynet (The Civil Aviation Authority of Norway)
3. Get a liability insurance
4. Check the local regulations and restrictions
5. Register the area and dates where you intend to take photos and videos
6. Contact the Civil Aviation Authority in Norway well in advance of you flight with any questions
