In the unverified video, Edan Alexander addresses US President-elect Donald Trump in English and Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu in Hebrew. He calls on Israelis to put pressure on the Israeli government to secure the release of the hostages seized on October 7. Edan's mother, Yael said that following the release of the video she was contacted by Netanyahu.
