Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports are some of the first CalAIM components to go live. Enhanced Care Management is a new benefit for members with complex needs requiring seamless coordination between multiple doctors and other care providers. Community Supports are optional services, which health plans like CenCal Health may choose to provide with approval from the California Department of Health Care Services.
