As a Clinician with our team, you will have the opportunity to provide targeted case management services, rehabilitative skill development, therapy, and treatment coordination for individuals in need. Our approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, meaning we prioritize the unique strengths and needs of each individual we work with.
As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in the treatment team by providing advocacy and linkage to community resources that meet the identified needs of each client. Collaboration with the other members of the client’s support network, including family members, other healthcare providers, and community resources, is also a key part of this role.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a mental health or social services setting and a strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective care. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
