Recipe:
The proportions are 1 part chickpea flour to 1.5 parts water, depending on how large and how many you want to make. In my case it was 2 cups of flour and 3 cups of water. Then salt to taste. I used 1 tbsp because I like mine a little salty and I think it brings our the flavor of the flour, but you can use as little as 1 tsp if you prefer.
Let it rest for a couple of hours, or overnight, then remove the froth from the surface. Add 2 tbsps of olive oil and mix again.
Pour into your pan and sprinkle with rosemary and pepper, then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
