The Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres has called on countries to push for a bold text at the climate change conference in Dubai. COP28 is expected to wrap up on Tuesday, however, the President of COP28 Dr Sultan Al Jaber has raised concerns about the slow progress in the finalisation of the text.
