It was amazing to taste with winemaker Laurent Ternynck among the Valmur vines of the Chablis Grand Cru. Many thanks to Menahem Israelievitch for finding this gem of a winery and convincing Domaine des Marronniers to create three beautiful kosher wines based on this world-famous Chardonnay.
