Leaders of the 21 APEC member economies pledged to advance quality growth and human development, as the 2016 APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting drew to a close in Lima, Peru on Sunday. In their final declaration, they also reaffirmed their commitment to keeping their markets open and fighting protectionism.
