This video was produced in commemoration of International Day of Forests 2022- under the theme: “Forests and sustainable production and consumption: Sustainable wood for people and planet”.
It highlights some of FAO’s interventions to ensure sustainable forest management, wood utilization, access to clean and affordable energy alternatives, women’s access to energy resources and improved livelihoods for the people of Uganda, especially women.
