Authorities say the shooting happened just after midnight on Sunday, March 6, in the area of Powell Drive.
The Chester County Sheriff's Office has obtained warrants against Vangereil Dretreckes Miller (aka "Gerald" for Murder and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. Additional charges are forthcoming.
