The EASIEST basic crispy pork and prawn wontons without any mess, yup we are using an air fryer (my Ninja Foodi) for this recipe (those who hate cleaning rejoice!). For those of you who feel like you’re a noob and could never attempt making your own dumplings, TRY THIS. Great eaten fried or in your steamboats! These are suitable for freezing, just make sure you follow my freezer tip in the video. Enjoy this one!

Ingredients:
Wonton skins
6-8 fresh prawns, roughly chopped
Minced pork (200g)
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn flour
Pinch of salt
