Sharska Pljeskavica is a burger like no other! Crispy grilled on the outside, moist, ooey, gooey and cheesy in the middle. Try some today! The flavours will blow your mind!
NEED:
1 kilo of minced beef and pork (or minced beef, pork, veal, or all of one, or even minced poultry)
1 grated med. sized onion
2 tsp of garlic granules (or to taste)
2-3 tsp of smoked paprika (or more if you like it)
a few dashes of hot pepper/chili flakes (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
**optional - fresh or dried mint (very good in here)
MIX WELL
Also will require strips of Kashkaval Cheese (or any good melting cheese)
TO MAKE:
divide the mince in 4 equal parts. Divide each part in half. Each half will make a patty.
Pat out your hamburger fairly thin.
Add strips of the cheese in the centre, leaving a rim
Place second patty on top, and seal.
BBQ until golden crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
