8 oz cream cheese ( soften at room temp.)
3 sticks unsalted butter (soften at room temp.)
3 cups of sugar
3 cups cake flour
6 large eggs (ADD ONE AT A TIME) (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Mix butter, sugar, and cream cheese well
Add vanilla extract
Add eggs ( one at a time, blend before adding another) Important!!!!!!!!
Add flour and salt last to mix ( add flour gradually)
Bake 325 check at 1hr 20 mins to 1 1/2 hour until golden brown
Stick a knife or toothpick in the center if it comes out clean it's done
Let cool in the pan for 10 to 15minutes and then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely
HOW TO CONVERT RECIPE TO GRAMS
8 oz cream cheese = 225 grams
3 sticks of butter = 340 grams
3 cups of sugar = 600 grams
3 cups flour =375 grams
6 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract =10 grams
pinch of salt
