This video shows you how to install a front sway bar link on your 1993-1997 Ford Ranger. Sway bar links connect the sway bar (stabilizer bar) to other suspension components. They have a movable joint that can be damaged or wear out over time. When that happens, the joints get loose, and rattle.
This repair was done on a 1996 Ford Ranger XL 3.0L Extended Cab Pickup 2-Door RWD and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
