resep rendang vegetarian dengan kaki jamur.. tekstur mirip daging 😋. Saya pakai jamur kering lalu rendam semalaman , besoknya mengembang jamurnya jadi banyak banget..Lalu direbus sampai lunak,jika belum dikonsumsi simpan di kulkas tahan beberapa hari..Yang hitam hitam di jamurnya sebaiknya dibuang karena pahit..
bahan bahannya
300 gr kaki jamur
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdm gula
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
1/2 sdt lada
1 sdm ketumbar
1 sdt cabai bubuk
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdm maizena
1 butir telur
2 sdm kelapa sangrai
bumbu halus
cabe sesuai selera
1 ruas lengkuas
1 sdm ketumbar
2 sdm kelapa sangrai
1 sdt gula
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur
1/2 sdt lada
1 sdt kecap asin
1 sdt bumbu kambing
1 sdt kunyit
daun jeruk
daun salam
250 santan kental
cara buat kelapa sangrai : kelapa tua diparut lalu disangrai sampai warnanya coklat tua.setelahnya diblender sampai halus dan keluar minyaknya.

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mushroom stock
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp seasoning
1 tsp turmeric
lime leaves
bay leaves
250 thick coconut milk
make roasted coconut :
coconut shredded and roasted until become darker color...Then blender it until soft and oily.
