Jasbir reported to the authorities that her wife Varkha had left home with some money. While the officials were registering the complaint, they noticed that Jasbir had some scratches on his face, which raised suspicions. Although he offered explanations alleging that these scratches had arisen when he tried to stop Varkha from leaving him and she had pushed him down the stairs. The agents were not convinced so they decided to investigate further.
Jasbir Ram Gindai was born in the mid-1980s in Walsall , United Kingdom, to a Hindu-Punjabi family. The details of his personal life are scarce. The only thing known is that he had a close relationship with his younger sister, Manjit, and that both were very close to their parents, about whom the information has been kept confidential. It is also known that in his adult years, after finishing university, the man found work in a renowned English bank. Jasbir also lived in total freedom. He led a life like any single man, he enjoyed parties and nightclubs.
However, according to his family's traditional religious beliefs, he was at the ideal age to marry, but he lacked even a girlfriend. In order to meet his family expectations, Jasbir began searching for his future wife. In this process ,he came across a young woman named Varkha Rani. This meeting was not by chance, but was carefully planned.
Varkha was the youngest of four children. Her parents, Surjit Singh and Kashmir Kaur, who lived in India, were very committed to her education. They had instilled religious values in her and also the importance of having an academic education.
By the time she was 23, Varkha had already earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Information Science and Technology. In addition to her notable intelligence, her radiant personality stood out. Being the pride of her entire family, her polite and kind nature and her passion for life always set her apart.
Now that we know Varkha, we can return to the part of our story in which Jasbir was looking for a wife. He did not look for his future wife in the United Kingdom, but instead travelled to India. He wanted to bring a girl to his house who met all of his parents' expectations, and they evidently wanted him to marry a woman from the same culture as his.
He met a total of 14 young girls in India on that trip, and among all of them he chose Varkha. The girl's parents were very happy. They were excited that she was going to live in the United Kingdom, because they thought that there she could have a better future. She could continue training and become an excellent professional. What they didn't know was that this story would not end in the way they wanted!
