This product exceeds all my expectations. I'm not sure where some of the other reviews are coming from--I don't mind the little nipple that disappears quickly in a drink and I never found the fill "line" in the graphical instructions but filled it up to the top & tried it with 100% success. No issues with ice not being crystal clear and it's pretty easy to remove/empty/reload. I feel a little silly that one of these little beauties in my drink makes me quite so happy, but I'll take it!🤎
