You'll only need a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
- Peppers: 3 medium seized.
- Breadcrumbs: 60 g / 2 oz.
- Grated cheese: 40 g / 1,5 oz.
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste.
- Cooking oil: as much as necessary.
- Bake in the oven at 170 °C / 338 °F for 15 minutes
