This is actually the perfect speedrun since it ties the TAS of this category. (It's only two ticks so there isn't really that much unlikeliness)
If you're wondering why IGT is 0.150 and not 0.100, I have no idea why, but in the beginning it decides to add 1 tick to IGT to no apparent reason. What could be possible is that it is simply just a bug from using old SpeedrunIGT which causes an unintentional tick to be added when the timer starts exactly on the same time as the next tick occurs. It could be related to the srIGT bug where it would add one tick anytime in version 11.2 and before.
