Hey guys it's That Dividend Guy back at the portfolio updates! Sorry for the fall off last week I actually have Covid-19 so I lost my voice and was hacking a bunch so I decided to take a couple days and weekend off to recover a bit. Today we are hitting the ground running though! We are sitting at above 50,000 again as of this recording which is totally awesome. Realty Income is down a bit so a cost down average opportunity on a quality company is there for us sadly I can't take advantage just yet. Also Coca Cola my main focus for this year is down a bit below my average cost right now, goal is 100 shares for the end of the year but I don't have the extra funds right now. Trow is the last stock that has massive upside potential and I will be buying Trow in bulk once my Coca Cola position is at the size I want it. Apple is up massively, as is Abbvie no shock there I've been up over 20% on both of those since I bought them! I know sometime in the future both of those high flyers will have buying opportunities just have to be patient and wait. I also have Visa to close out the portfolio I want to buy around 200$ a share so that might turn out to be a bit of a waiting game as well. Then to finish off the portfolio I want Berkshire Hathaway as my final pick. They have insane insurance float, a bunch of operating businesses and a massive stock portfolio. I also want Warren and Charlie working for me! Mostly it's about See's Candy though that's my favorite part about Berkshire Hathaway. Thank you for watching and I'll see you guys in the next video!
