Here is a quick full body workout using an aerobic body pump set / barbell weights that can be completed in 20 minutes. In this workout, most exercises are performed twice back to back to get that heart beat racing and those muscles pumping. This is a 40/20 split. The set I'm using is a 20kg pump set.
These are my personal workouts that I try to complete 4-5 times a week. I always try to keep them short so it gets done. Hopefully someone will find these workouts useful in reaching their goals.
