Clashes have broken out in Jammu & Kashmir's Anantnag, as Supreme Court is all set to hear petition against Article 35A. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice, Dipak Misra will determine whether the challenge to the validity of article 35A is required to be referred to a constitutional bench or not.
