With BenMasonTelevision joining me once again as Skype co-host, it's another RETRO Edition of The Price is Right Pricing Game Recap and for this installment we run down what took place back on December 16, 1988 by my Canadian co-host's request.
The prizes and Pricing Games back from almost 24 years ago were the following:
-A Ficks Reed Country Court Group chaise lounge and an English Mark Darts electronic video dart game as the two prizes in Barker's Bargain Bar where the contestant believed that the dart game was the "Bigger Bargain"
-A Subaru GL Wagon as the car in Dice Game
-A trip to Africa, specifically to Nairobi, Kenya, for a 12 day international Kenyan photographic safari adventure courtesy of Safaricentre as the prize in Bullseye worth $7,360
-A Murrey bumper pool table, a Tappan side by side 2 door refrigerator/freezer featuring a chill water dispenser and automatic ice maker and a Chromcraft Furniture dining group as the three prizes in Most Expensive, where the contestant believed the dining group was the prize that cost the most
-A Geo Metro LSI 2-Door Hatchback Coupe as the car in 3 Strikes
-A Harris of Pembleton cherry creek bedroom solid hardwood group plus a Bemco Posture 5 pillow quilt mattress set as the prize package in Secret "X" worth $3,249
Out of these 6 Pricing Games played, only one result had the Losing Horns. Which Pricing Game was it?
Also, names of "The M.V.P.'s of The Price is Right", the "Contestant Recognition" contestant and the winner of the Santa's Workshop Home Viewer Showcase from 1988 plus the Sponsor plug for the Steve Martin and John Candy movie "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" and upcoming RETRO Pricing Game Recaps requested by BenMasonTelevision and other YouTube users.
