Hello everyone. It is undoubtedly difficult times for everyone. I can't say I'm facing the worst, but everyone has their own struggles oblivious to the rest. During this difficult times, mental health is not to be neglected nor dismissed. On my experimental journey to self-learning, I have decided to turn to something I have never imagined I'd pick up one day as part of my mindfulness therapy - cooking.

Ingredients: (for 2 pax)
Half chicken
20 birds' eye chillis
2 pieces live turmeric
1 big onion
2 pieces lemongrass
2 pieces tamarind slices
2 tbs tamarind juice
turmeric powder
200ml coconut milk
long beans
half cup bamboo shoots
salt
sugar
parsley (for garnishing)
