A vocal member of the County Assembly of Kisumu has gone missing…Residents of Kapuonja village woke up this morning to find Paul Odhiambo’s car abandoned 30 meters away from his house with all doors wide open raising suspicion that MCA could have been abducted and killed…The MCA who represents West Kisumu Ward was last seen at around 7pm last night…He was part of an ad hoc committee formed to investigate the disappearance of some 105 million shillings from the ward development fund kitty following his disappearance, angry residents in his ward descended on a home a belonging to a Mr George Akong’o and set part of it ablaze on suspicion that he was involved in the alleged abduction
