Kristjan Prikk of Estonia and Temuri Yakobashvili of the country of Georgia discuss methods for international collaboration in cyber crimes investigations.
From the conference web site:
Today, organized crime has succeeded in developing an international cyber capability that can reach out into the far corners of the world and obtain riches that dwarf their traditional illicit activities. These cybercrime activities have produced significant and instant means of enrichment. The perpetrators up until now have experienced little if any legal consequences for their criminal actions. In order to combat cybercrime, especially those perpetrated by transnational organized criminal organizations require increasing degrees of international diplomatic and law enforcement cooperation. A number of Embassies have been invited to participate in this discussion of how prospects of international cooperation against cybercriminal organizations are progressing.
