Brookings Metro—in partnership with the Latino Community Foundation—will host an event to assess the impact of these federal investments on the nation’s second-largest ethnic group. Speakers will highlight strategies that nonprofits and government leveraged to direct the deployment of federal funds in ways that centered community voices in decisionmaking and ensured that these investments equitably reached communities with urgency and transparency.
