Versailles Park is located near the famous Palace of Versailles. It is a vast landscaped space designed by André Le Nôtre in the 17th century, under the orders of Louis XIV, the Sun King.
The park covers more than 800 hectares and is dotted with formal gardens, fountains, statues and canals. It is famous for its flower beds, shady paths and large bodies of water.
