This is the rice husk pellet line we installed for our customer before. Rice husk is quite perfect material for making pellets, because this kind of material size is already small, and moisture content is also suitable, you don't need to buy the hammer mill or dryer machine. You only need to feed the rice husk to our pellet machine.
Our rice husk pellet machine will process the rice husk into pellets directly. And the capacity is usually quite big. From the video ,this is our pellet line with 2sets wood pellet machine, one set is 90kw pellet machine model TCZL560 ,the other is our 160kw pellet mill TCZL700 ,24hours running can achieve 80tons rice husk pellets.

After the rice husk pellets come out from our pellet making machine, you need to send the pellets to the cooler machine ,to keep the temperature of the pellets 25-35°， then you can pack them into bags ,in small bags or in jumbo bags.
