Patient education sessions can often run for long periods, with an overwhelming amount of new information shared by health professionals. This short video has been developed for patients with a cancer diagnosis who have received a bone marrow transplant and are discharging home, helping equip them with the basic principles of what to expect and how to keep safe after leaving hospital. It can also be shared or watched together with caregivers, friends and family members.
