KLC is characterized by violaceous keratotic lichenoid papules that are arranged in a characteristic linear and reticulated pattern symmetrically often on the limbs and trunk
May have greasy scale on the upper portion of the face resembling Seb Derm
May have keratotic papules on the palms and soles
Usually chronic but may spontaneously regress
Histo; similar to LP ? Unusual variant of LP
Treatment; unsuccessful, CS, NBUVB, Retinoids, MTX, CyA tried
