[ Ссылка ] - Two years ago, Kirk Cameron was living an active life, cycling for fitness at age 49 and participating in events like Trek Across Maine. Despite his active lifestyle, on April 9, 2016, he unexpectedly experienced a heart attack from a coronary blockage after one of his rides. He was rushed to Maine Medical Center and in under two hours was in recovery from emergency cardiac surgery to place a coronary artery stent. Thanks to the quick response of his cardiac surgeons at MMC and recovery support at Turning Point Cardiac Rehabilitation, Kirk has realized his goal to be every bit as active and strong as he was before the heart attack.
