This is a recipe that I’ve made for over 15 years. It’s my all time favorite cookie that I usually make at Christmas time and sometimes at Easter. It’s a unique cookie that forms it’s own icing and has a cake like consistency that is chewy and crunchy. It takes a little bit of effort for these cookies, but oh are they worth it!
