RULES:
1. I can only use my starter in battle. Other Pokémon can be obtained for HMs ONLY. If an HM user is Roared or Whirlwinded into battle, I can either have them faint, or I have to switch out.
2. No items in battle.
3. No major glitches or exploits (I don't know of any in Generation 5 so....).
4. No Double Team TM until level 100. Pokémon that learn the move naturally get an exception (new as of 6/18/23).
5. Game is played at 4x Speed.
6. I save between Elite 4 members in Gen 5 runs.
