Find out how to see site search terms - and other useful event parameters - in the Google Analytics 4 engagement reports.
As well as the main events report in GA4, you can also view a separate report for each event. For example, for site search we can see the search terms users typed in, which is helpful for understanding trends and product interest.
This video uses the demo account for the Google Merchandise Store. view_search_results is one of the events found in the demo account, but may not be switched on by default in your own Google Analytics account. You'll need to make sure an event is set up and working correctly first before this event report (and the parameters you want to see) will be available.
