A day in the life of a Virtual Assistant Coach & Business Coach living in Dublin! Today was a FULL schedule 🔥 Today I got up at 8, had a shower and got dressed and ready for the day. I’m a nutter and I wash my hair every morning, so I rock wet hair every day 😆 Then I head out for coffee with Adam, we do this every single day and it’s prob my fav part of the day! At 9.00AM I have a coaching call with my own coach - I have some exciting projects in the mixer, so we are putting some fine details to those. Then I have a 10AM 1:1 Coaching call with where we are kicking off our 6 month coaching container, where things are about to level TF up 🌟 Then I check-in with my students on WhatsApp. I have 1:1 students, group programme students and my community WhatsApp group from my monthly membership. Then I grab second coffee of the day with a fab lady I know from Instagram! Then I pop into Tesco to get a few bits for the week. It’s seems so simple, but we are just loving all the Irish food so we come here most days 🤣 Then I have some lunch. I’m not much of a cook, so I make something super simple or else just buy something ready made. Then I went to Pennys to grab some last minute bits as I have a 7:00am flight to Gran Canaria tomorrow, and I am SO excited for a super long weekend away in the sun with some friends. Then I do afternoon check-ins with my students on WhatsApp. I’ll then check my DM’s, Emails and get back to messages/questions/enquiries. Then I spend some time working on whatever project we have going on in the background, this is too secret but you’ll know about it soon 👀 Then I do my last check-in with students for the day. I have a meeting with the fab for a top secret project that I am working on. Now its time to grab dinner, pack for an early flight tomorrow and chill!
